The move to a headless CMS like Agility has really helped our workflow, as we now focus on content as the guiding factor for our marketing and communication. On Wordpress, it often felt like there were so many things to fill out that would be irrelevant or difficult to re-use - a lot of copy and pasting/cloning. We also really like the boost in speed/page rank from a statically rendered website. The new UI update really helped make the platform more intuitive. We originally signed up on the old UI, which was feeling a little stale at the time, but we could tell the tool was good. Now that the new interface uses React, it's much more visually appealing and easy to use/learn. Agility CMS's technical and customer support team have overall been very helpful and attentive. It's typically easy to get a tough problem solved quickly. Their Slack channel is updated consistently and you can bounce ideas off of the Agility developers and architects themselves, in addition to your account rep. The biggest benefit still is that we get to own all of our content and data. No more data replication, no more copying and pasting between apps. From a business perspective I sleep much better at night knowing that my content database is not tied to any sort of proprietary technology or SAAS - fundamentally I can still take that data anywhere and use it. We definitely recommend Agility CMS to any company/team looking to bring their publishing/marketing workflow to the next level. I am always impressed with how efficient Agility is! **What do you dislike about Agility CMS?** As wonderful as Agility is, no company is perfect. 99% of the time Agility never lets me down but every once in a while I'll run into lags in the software or new features (that are supposed to make the CMS better) will not work so I am reliant on someone to fix it which can slow the process. But Brenden is amazing and usually very quick to fix any and all problems. **What problems is Agility CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agility is efficient and easy to use, I believe anybody with any background or experience could use Agility.
