AgileHero is all-in-one agile project management built for AI agents and the people who work with them. One workspace replaces a stack of tools: kanban board, backlog, roadmap, whiteboards, retrospectives, team health checks, metrics and a wiki. AI agents as first-class users. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or another MCP client and your agent can work across every module on its own: create and refine cards and epics, move work across the board, plan the roadmap, run retrospectives, draw on whiteboards and write wiki pages. Sign-in is OAuth from the AI client, with no API keys to paste, and the agent is bounded by your own permissions. MCP access is included on every plan, including Free. A friendly UI for the humans. Clean boards and cards with nothing in the way, and everything works out of the box: no workflow schemes or setup screens, so new teammates start without training. Plan the team's work on a drag-and-drop roadmap with a per-person capacity view. Changes appear live, and velocity and flow charts build themselves from real board movement. Guided retrospectives and health checks. Pick one of 16 retro templates and the room walks the team through check-in, writing, grouping, blind voting, discussion and commitments, each stage on a shared timer, with last retro's open actions reviewed before anything new is written. Notes and votes stay hidden until the reveal. Team health checks use the Spotify squad health model, a team safety check or the Scrum values; everyone rates on their own time and results stay hidden until the check closes. Your own integrations. Connect your own tools through a public REST API and signed webhooks, both on every plan, with OAuth sign-in and no API keys to manage. AI agents connect over MCP. Pricing.
