What do you like best about Agiled?

If I had to nitpick, I'd say that I'm not crazy about being limited to their naming conventions for Invoices. My preferred format is XX-###, where XX is the 2-digit year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Agiled?

I was looking for a single source of an integrated combination for client relations, sales, human resources management, finance, and some automation, and I think I achieved this thanks to Agile. What do you dislike about Agiled?

Honestly, the tool can't be beat. I don't have a single complaint about it whatsoever, and I can't imagine a scenario where I should.

"I came to realize how easy it is to ditch multiple solutions for just one!"

What do you like best about Agiled?

I love the fact that I was able to concentrate my CRM and Accounting under one umbrella and on top of that have it Whitelabeled. I was always looking for the simplest CRM of all and did not know what I was missing until I came across this opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

One small detail is the choppiness of the Spanish translation but I understand it's completed through AI, nonetheless, I honestly prefer this to have non-English speaking team members having to guess what it says in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to merge three solutions into one on top of finally finding a CRM solution that did the trick for me! I was always worried about going overboard with a CRM but since using Agiled I have been able to capitalize the full power of it! The proposals are an incredible tool, since we have created a whole new experience for our customers when presenting our company and services this makes it amazingly friendly and possible. "The all-in-one solution I've been looking for!"

What do you like best about Agiled?

There are so many options in Agiled, you're bound to find what you're looking for. I've been searching for a single program that can serve as a CRM, allow me to send contracts and manage clients, create templates and workflows, and keep track of specifications for each client. Agiled does that admirably, and it's intuitive and easy to use. I tried so many all-in-one options before this, and all of them had a fatal flaw—except for Agiled. What do you dislike about Agiled?

I use Quickbooks Self-Employed, and I'm not sure Agiled will replace that anytime soon. The accounting module is identified as 'coming soon', but even when it's available, I'll need to evaluate it to see if it meets my needs. What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's so much easier for me to keep track of what's going on in my business than it was before. I use it as a sole proprietor, so I haven't used any of the team functions, but the ability to keep track of contacts, send contracts and proposals, track time, and create workflows is more than enough for me to recommend it. What do you like best about Agiled?

Agiled is truly innovative and it goes so much more in-depth than the other competitors. In my opinion, it's a must for every company owner who wants to manage everything in one place. What I like:

- Support: I had a couple of issues getting set up and support was quick to get back to me and help me sort things out.

- Ability to white-label, even with just one appsumo code.

- Ability to track all your clients, projects, invoices, contracts, estimates and more in one place.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

What I'd like to see next:

- Hoping to be able to change colors of things like on invoices and contracts (you can change the colors on the dashboard already, and it may just be that I haven't figured out how to change these colors on the contracts, etc.)

- Hoping for prettier email templates and invoices and such (as a photographer/graphic designer, I'm worried about this sort of thing). I asked and the developers did say this was coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Agiled:

If you've never used a CRM or all-in-one system before, this does take a little bit of work to figure out. But once you get it set up, it will save you time in the long run by having things all together. The support team is very helpful. I'd been on the lookout for a good business suite for my small photography business when I came across Agiled. I had looked at Dubsado, Honeybook and 17 Hats, before buying this one. I have never used a CRM or office suite before, so it did take me a bit to understand and get things set up. This software does a lot! My purpose was to manage my clients and keep track of my business (projects, contracts, invoices, etc.) all in one place, instead of in a notebook (yes, I know, it's 2022!) What do you like best about Agiled?

Finally a professional and ergonomic CRM

I them really configure my Dashboard to my liking and decide what employees can access!

In addition, it is in French, as well as the application available for IOS and Google Play

Reactive support for my questions (it's very important for us), additional functions that can be activated or not and an input structure designed for the user (bravo)

I highly recommend acquiring this awesome business CRM software!

What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have given up on tools like freshproposal and it allows me to have everything related to the client for any type of activity. There is no need for special integrations and starting from the client you can see everything that has been done...if you have other parallel tools, this is not possible.
