Love Agiled. At the start of the year, I tried to "get organized" in my business. It didn't work because I wasn't honest with myself; I needed help. In times past, I purchased similar programs with similar promises on AppSumo, namely SuiteDash... I can say without hesitation that Agiled is the absolute tool I've bought ever, even better than Writerzen and Outplay (and they both are rockstars.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike a few things about Agiled; for instance, I would like to see more robust onboarding and a better walkthrough of the onboarding process. I absolutely love this program! It helps me to keep my agency organized. I am able to send quotes/proposals to clients, manage them, collab with them on projects, communicate…it’s just endless! The features are a huge plus. I highly recommend! My agency handles luxury experience designs, planning and management. I was looking for a CRM for my new business and stumbled upon Agiled. Outside of adding leads, Agiled does everything. Prospecting is more straightforward, and I can track everything. You can prospect, close, and communicate with clients from one platform. I can also run my company from the platform. I am a solopreneur, so I don't use the HR module. Using Agiled, you may manage every aspect of your company using one tool. It's user-friendly, and provides a comprehensive all-in-one solution for managing all of your business activities. Other competitors don't go as deep as Agiled does. I am impressed by the breadth of Agiled's many features and abilities. My business will benefit in several ways from using it. The best thing about Agiled is that it brings everything business together nicely. It drastically reduced the time wasted on navigating and syncing between multiple tools required to manage my business. This software is good enough to manage a company management such as CRM, Invoicing, employees, offer letters, chat, project scheduling, form creation and others.

Instructional documents for using the software are also available online although some require detailed explanation.

I can manage company management for the highest level to ordinary employees and also clients to be able to communicate well.

The manual is quite available, but it doesn't seem 100% because I found a feature that I didn't find the manual for.

The available mobile applications are still not 100% functioning optimally because there are some features that can only be controlled via the desktop system. Employees are also still unable to use the mobile application, only admins can login and use some of its features.

For some views, such as notifications, it is also not yet seamless because the notification can only be read when we open it (there is no button that leads to the content automatically).

I've been looking for a comprehensive OBM tool since being frustrated with the limitations of Dubsado and Asana and Agiled has everything I could ask for! Unlike others that I've tried here, Agiled has the ability to have client notes, automation, tasks, projects, a client portal, a time tracker, and so many other things. I think I've finally found the app that I've been looking for all along! Absolutely there is still room for improvement in some areas, but overall I'm very happy with this tool and see myself sticking with it for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
