What I like: - There are many integrations. - The brand new CRM. - Client portal. - White label. - Contract, proposals and invoice in one platform. - Unlimited clients. - Unlimited projects. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** The mobile app is not yet as powerful as the desktop version. Wordpress plugin is not yet ready, but it is on the roadmap. I will just have to wait. Woocommerce integration is also note ready yet, but it is also on the roadmap. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** If you are looking for an all-in-one business platform that can do white label, you can go with Agiled. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can create client portal with white label, so my client will not know that I am using Agiled. Inside the client portal, I can manage my clients invoices, projects, even do CRM. Last year I bought Agiled but decided not to use it because of the CRM. Agiled just recently launch a new and better CRM, so I have decided to use it on my other business. ### 2. When getting in, there would be more information to fill, but all are in good order and well arranged. I also like that I can find every module for my business management in one place, closely integrated. From CRM, HRM, Finance, Project Management, Invoice, Proposal, Billing, Request for Payments are there. The only thing I miss, maybe a Mindmap module. I am interested to find further, that in every module, I can find full-functioning features. For example, with HRM alone, I can easily input Team, grouping them, setting Holiday, manage Leave, employees profiles and everything. Even there would be a Timesheet module. Similarly, I can find most important features for Project Management in the module. In particulars, from Gantt chart, Kanban board etc., every tool I need is present. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Sometimes, the loading speed is not the best. Normally I find the loading pace acceptable, but sometimes it may take sometimes to load. As mentioned, I also love if there would be a Mindmap feature. And in addition, the Business management hub for multiple business management is not present. I hope it would be there soon. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Agiled, I can easily manage all my businesses in one central places. And I can manage every aspect of the business, from CRM, HRM, Finance, Timesheet, Proposal, Invoices / Billing, Subscriptions with Agiled, from a neat and clean interface. Client portal is also a handy feature. It helps a lot to communicate with client in a safe and secured manner. It means a lot to both my business and my clients. It is not easy to find a solution that can bring the trust from very first sight. But Agiled seems to be able to do that. ### 3. Agiled is a truly one solution business software. It has several modules. The ones that I am particularly excited about are Accounting and the automations which are in beta. These additions have the potential to push Agiled to the top of the pile. I have found that many business management software have robust project management, invoices, basic financial but minus the accounting or even HR. I am so excited about Agiled for that reason. That and the fact that you can manage all your affairs in there including HR. Also guys, in the roadmap is the ability to manage several businesses on one email. I am so looking forward to that. The Agiled team appear to be listening to its customers and are growing pretty fast. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Agiled is a bit slow to load. I am hoping that that will improve. Also the storage limit is low. One code on appsumo only gets you 100GB. Not sure if there is a deskstop version too - I have to double check. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** Test it first on a burner email and see if you like it. The system obviously has some build-out that needs to be accomplished, but I am confident that the team working on this software is going to get it where it needs to be in order to be competitive in the space. I have paid a lot more for a lot less functionality. Customer service has been responsive, friendly, and helpful. I see a lot of potential and I'm glad I have jumped onto the platform at this time. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** While easily customizable, it is a very bland interface with a techy feel to it. I don't mind techy myself, but it can be offputting to some. The promise of future features is exciting, but it's of course disappointing to "want it now" and not have it. I do believe the team in place will bring promises to fruition. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is a tremendous value for the cost. I am already weaning myself off of my previous CRM, which I had to force-fit for my business's needs. There is great ability to customize the system from a data architecture perspective, which is great. Many systems allow for "customization", but what they really mean is being able to change colors. I'm looking forward to implementing the project management pieces in the future-- it will eliminate the reliance on additional software that is not currently connected to the rest of my data/workflows. ### 6. This is one of the best emerging management and CRM tools in the market. This is useful for team management, project management, managing finances, etc. It is basically a one-stop solution for the entire management of the agency. It also provides attendance and time tracking for employees. It also provides the detailed reporting of time tracking and attendance in the form of a timesheet. It is very useful for managing finances with its sections like estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, etc. We also use it for creating and sending proposals to our clients. In it's latest update they have provided facility to host files and folders as well. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** There are a couple of things that I don't like about Agiled. It's not completely developed right now and because of the same, it's having some bugs that we encounter sometimes. The part that needs most improvement is the time tracking feature of Agiled. The time tracking is very primitive if compared to other tools like monday.com or clickup. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** If you spot any bug just report it to team. However imap is coming soon for the crm hopfully would be able to recieve and send emails via ima. I would like to be able to manage emails outside of the crm, so i do not have to move back and forth from my email client. The best tool in the world is worthless if no one uses it.
