I was looking for something to replace my current business management platform and I was tired of trying different ones either because they were too simple or too complicated. I tried Agiled and it was the perfect middle ground between the two! I love how customizable it is and how easy it is to use. I was able to get it set up quickly but there are so many features that I'm still finding new ones. I've been able to get my business completely organized in a way that was never possible before. I have found the Agile platform to be one of the most useful business tools that I have ever used. It allows me to keep track of my clients, and prospects as they navigate through the sales process. First, this software comes packed with features that help small businesses. For instance, for my real estate business, I needed a CRM that has built-in workflow automation, track deals pipeline, HR, Accounting, project management all under one roof. By default, Agiled doesn't have a ready-made real estate business template. So I had to customize it using custom fields. I hope the developer will add this feature in the future. This thing seems to do everything I need and more. Client management, invoicing, teams, projects, granular tasks, stats, charts, communication, user roles integrations, customization... everything I've thought of, I can do. And I can pretty well fully customize my white-labled, cnamed version (with a bit of CSS tweaking in my case, for my pickiness) and it's all branded, making me look even better to clients. The reviews were good, it seemed to be what I needed, and there seems to be active development. But you just never really know what the reality is with a new tool until you dive in and put it to work. There are a couple of minor issues I've noticed in UI stuff that I'll try to share with the devs. It seems they are as good about customer support as they have been in app development. Recommendations to others considering Agiled: I recommend Agiled heartily - with the only caveat being that the developers are actively working on it to make it better. It is not 100% there, but they very evidently listen to their users, and it seems that they are actually working toward implementing the valuable ideas that their users have requested. I'm using Agiled (so far) with partners who use my services with their clients. Agiled acts as a sort of middle ground... not my accounting/CRM, and not theirs. So far, it's been workable and works well in general. I'm waiting more hopefully for their promised update to allow the managing of multiple businesses. That would really help make this app a fantastic tool in my case, and I'm sure many others have similar needs as well. The benefits I've realized so far are as various as the multiple services that Agiled offers. What i needed most now are CRM , Project Management and Client Portals, i was scrambling around looking for individual softwares until i found Agiled. What do you dislike about Agiled? Nothing much to dislike, other than the slightly dated UI which i hope the team would upgrade them sometime in the future. We are a small start-up and could not afford an expensive business management platform that provides this white labeling and all the features that Agiled does. I have just started setting it up but it looks ideal for helping me with the business, and I believe it will ensure we're always on top of our projects especially with so much working from home and our teams still needing to be connected it seems to be the perfect tool. I haven't found anything major yet except maybe how much there is to learn and figure how to maximize, which is not a bad thing because every software requires a learning curve. I knew an hour of testing it that it was easier to use and set up than what I had been using. What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking the various aspects of running a business and having most of it in one application that works together is awesome. I used to run multiple platforms and they all have different ideas of how to work. Having it all one platform means they all operate with the same philosophy and UX style. Some aspects are not really deep (ie accounting but I only need simple accounting processes, so it's fine.) Having Wikis and forms and ticketing is really beneficial. "All in one Management Tool!" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Agiled? I love the flexibility of this CRM. I have been able to customize my CRM to fit my business needs. The integrations are easy to use and I love the reporting feature. I am able to keep track of each and every task and event that takes place in my business. I am able to see my revenue and see what I need to improve on. I am able to see my hours and see how I can organize my time more efficiently. What I dislike about the product right now is the learning curve it takes to be able to fully configure everything so that it is customized to fit my business needs.
