The fact that I can track the hours of my employees, contractors, and collaborators in the same place where I can create and manage my projects, clients and necessary workflows has introduced a new level of ease into my business. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** There is a need to increase the user's ability to customize the platform/proposals in more ways than are currently available. Agiled is so full of amazing benefits; however, the use of them are not intuitive. They seem to always have maintenance at the worst times **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** Be patient, its worth it **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agiled has practically eliminated the need for me to jump from platform to platform to manage the process and flow of my business through integrations ### 2. Beyond that, it just seems to work. Not buggy at all **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Not much. There is still plenty of additions that can be made but it is a young software and the roadmap looks solid. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a charity and have been using google docs and forms to manage our HR. Looking forward to using Agiled instead. We hope to use the full range of tools available including CRM for donors and the accounting package. ### 3. This is one of the best emerging management and CRM tools in the market. This is useful for team management, project management, managing finances, etc. It is basically a one-stop solution for the entire management of the agency. It also provides attendance and time tracking for employees. It also provides the detailed reporting of time tracking and attendance in the form of a timesheet. It is very useful for managing finances with its sections like estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, etc. We also use it for creating and sending proposals to our clients. In it's latest update they have provided facility to host files and folders as well. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** There are a couple of things that I don't like about Agiled. It's not completely developed right now and because of the same, it's having some bugs that we encounter sometimes. The part that needs most improvement is the time tracking feature of Agiled. The time tracking is very primitive if compared to other tools like monday.com or clickup. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** If you spot any bug just report it to team. They are very responsive and will fix it asap. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of time management, project management, HR management and for all of this we had to use different tools but now with Agiled we get all of the things under a single umbrella. It's a one stop destination for the entire agency management. ### 4. I like that it integrates so many features. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** All features are upcoming or still under "construction". So it makes it not usable as of now. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm looking to have all my tools in just one place, so I don't have to change tabs each time and follow between all my tools (CRM + Project management + Billing + Accounting).
