"Expect a great product for a small business"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

I love how you can tag and filter contacts so easily and market to the right audience. The integrations are also excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

It feels like it's stagnant—no recent product improvements. The built-in marketing tool is terrible, and the SendGrid integration throws all campaigns into junk folders. Mailchimp integration would resolve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seems to underperform; not as promised"
2/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

I like how you can assign tasks to other users with great ease, as well as all of the automations that are possible. Customer service is decent but they often can’t fix the problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Automations are clunky, ,often fail. Email integration has issues with Google - it is not as promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Some powerful features but unreliable"
2/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

We used Agile CRM primarily for email marketing. Email marketing automations are very flexible. Flowchart oriented automations are easy to design. We found this capability to be significantly better than most of the email marketing tools we researched, including small business market leaders Constant Contact and MailChimp. This was the main reason we chose AgileCRM.

Contact management was very good...again, better than Constant Contact or MailChimp. It was easy to work with contacts and to sort and filter them in different ways.

API was flexible and able to do all we needed to integrate with our user management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Email campaigns were not reliable. Too many instances of campaigns that we determined had not been sent as expected, only to hear from support "Oh, that was our fault, it got bogged down in our server." We could not count on the campaigns just working all the time.

Support was only helpful at a superficial level. We could get help on some small problems, but on other problems, we would get replies like "We have forwarded this to our executives and will be back in touch." But they would not get back in touch. Support didn't always seem to understand or even thoroughly read our requests. If a support request asked 4 questions, only 1 would be answered.

Some features just didn't work in the ways you would hope or expect. For example, in an email drip campaign, there was no way to find out open rates on individual emails, only open rates on the campaign as a whole (if any email was opened, but not which ones).

Reporting was very limited. For example, you could not get any cross campaign reporting on contacts who had unsubscribed like "Give me a list of all contacts who have unsubscribed with the list of campaigns they have unsubscribed from". In looking at contact detail, you could not see which campaigns they had unsubscribed from. Reporting of other kinds was often frustrating and limited.

Email templates that were supposed to be responsive were only sort of responsive. We had lots of issues with emails that didn't look right on different browsers and devices. These are issues that we don't have with MailChimp (which we switched to). Also, designing emails was fairly cumbersome and frustrating. You have to choose Save in 2 to 3 places to actually get an email and a campaign to save. It was easy to lose your work if you weren't careful.

The user interface for campaign management was messy and didn't work as expected. It was very easy to wipe out all the data associated with a campaign if you tried to make a copy of a campaign. Several times, the process to make a copy and then save it wiped out the original campaign losing months of data that could not be recovered. Even after working with AgileCRM for 2 years, it was too easy to wipe things out by mistake and never be completely sure why it had happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Prajakt K of Agile CRM

Hi Sally,

Thanks for your response. Our support team has been trying to reach you for a while, but we were unable to connect. Hence, we took some time to reply.

We are glad that you like email automation in Agile CRM. It is indeed a great feature loved by many of our customers. Flowchart orientation and contact management are also advanced email automation features that make super-targeted email marketing effortless.

We regret that you faced issues while sending out email campaigns. Please understand that it is a very rare issue and might happen due to unforeseeable circumstances and any specific campaign design settings. Nevertheless, email marketing with Agile CRM is quite easy with several advanced features like campaign nodes, social suite, web rules, etc.

Also, we want to offer a proper resolution to each and every issue; hence, some of the support queries may take longer to respond depending on the scope and complexity. Although we make sure to get back to all our customers as soon as possible.

We understand that you were not very happy with some of the features like drip campaign, reporting and email templates. The features in Agile CRM are driven based on the feedback from the customers. Sometimes, the said features are available and only need some help in discovering them. We have noted your comments and will try to incorporate them in the next product rollout. At Agile CRM, we constantly strive to offer the most advanced features at an economic price that help small businesses work like the #Fortune500.

Although saving campaigns and emails individually might be a cumbersome process, it is done to keep both the entities separate so that they can be used individually in the future. If you have any challenges in using the product, you can always take advantage of multiple training and onboarding sessions available at your predisposal.

Thanks

"The Agile CRM automation is very advanced"
5/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile CRM contains different modules through its working platform. This software contains online courses and you can be instructed with all the help provided. It contains the option to create tasks and sub-tasks, the modalities are very well organized. They have a very prepared support team and are available almost all the time for any question or training. The software is cheaper than many CRM software on the market at this time. The management is very well equipped with many templates and triggers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

There are functions that still need work, such as the scaled system. You need a good previous handling of CRM programs to be able to use Agile CRM properly, otherwise you will not get a good performance with all its functions, but the good thing is that it offers many complete and extensive courses. No social network integrations with CRM software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agile CRM is a modern software for sales strategies"
5/5
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

The interface is comfortable to use, all tools are well managed, and it has a modern yet simple design. The monthly fee is cheap and accessible to everyone. It has many options in the marketing items: dynamic content, customer surveys, subscriber management and model management. It has a very complete and efficient software for automatic calls that has elements such as call recording and call scheduling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

The task management does not have important options such as: Gantt view, task table view and spreadsheet view. There are tools in which a lot of previous training is needed because the functions are not so ordered. With the basic package you can only get a limited package of marketing campaigns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
