As an industrial engineer at an aerospace parts factory, regulatory traceability is my top priority, and Agile CRM’s unified contact timeline delivers huge value here. Every design revision, supplier technical call and OEM email is attached directly to the matching order, so I can pull full communication histories in minutes during DIN standard audits instead of sorting through disjointed files. The automated task reminders eliminate coordination breakdowns between sales, production and QA; we never miss drawing validation deadlines or raw material lead time reviews anymore. The ticketing module’s ability to link quality complaints to specific production batches is a game-changer, letting me complete mandatory traceability checks fast. I also rely on its simple automation to send consistent compliance progress updates to aircraft OEMs without rewriting identical emails every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest pain point is the absence of native bidirectional sync with our aerospace ERP system. I have to manually upload batch and production schedule data every week, which takes up several hours of engineering time. There aren’t enough customizable fields built for DIN aerospace requirements, so I’ve had to create makeshift tags to log alloy grades, part certification codes and heat treatment records. The reporting functionality also falls short for official inspections—it won’t output pre-formatted traceability reports, meaning I need to rework all exported data before submitting to auditors. The workflow builder is quite rigid too, and it can’t support the multi-stage trigger logic we need for our months-long custom component production cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
