## Agile CRM Reviews
  ### 1. All-in-One CRM That Streamlines Follow-Ups, Activity Tracking, and Workflow Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINAY P. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

What I like best about Agile CRM is that it combines contact management, activity tracking, and workflow automation in a single platform. In my work, I often need visibility into customer discussions, project requirements, follow-up actions, and communication history. Having this information centralized reduces the time spent searching through emails and spreadsheets and helps maintain better coordination across ongoing activities.

The contact management and task tracking features have provided the most value because they make it easier to monitor interactions and ensure that important follow-ups are not missed. I also appreciate the integration capabilities, which help connect CRM data with other business tools and reduce manual data entry. An unexpected benefit has been improved visibility into customer engagement history, making it easier to understand previous discussions before project reviews or stakeholder meetings.

The interface is straightforward to navigate, onboarding is relatively smooth, and the platform performs reliably for day-to-day customer and project coordination activities. Overall, Agile CRM helps improve organization, supports more consistent follow-up processes, and reduces administrative effort, allowing more focus on project execution and customer requirements.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

One area where Agile CRM could be improved is the flexibility of reporting and dashboard customization. While the standard reports provide useful information, creating highly tailored views for different teams and business requirements can sometimes require additional effort.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Agile CRM, customer information, follow-up activities, project discussions, and communication records were often managed across emails, spreadsheets, and individual notes. This made it difficult to maintain a complete view of ongoing interactions and increased the time required to track customer requirements and outstanding actions.

Agile CRM helps solve this by centralizing contact management, communication history, task tracking, and workflow automation in a single platform. In my work, it allows customer interactions, project-related discussions, and follow-up activities to be organized and easily accessible, reducing the need to search through multiple systems.

As a result, customer communication is more consistent, follow-up actions are easier to manage, and important information is less likely to be overlooked. The platform has reduced administrative effort, improved visibility into ongoing activities, and helped save time each week when coordinating with stakeholders. This enables greater focus on project execution, customer requirements, and relationship management rather than manually maintaining records across multiple tools.

  ### 2. All-in-One Customer & Task Tracking with Agile CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saman H. | Step up data analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

What I like best about Agile CRM is that it brings customer information, communication history, tasks, and sales activity into one place. From a data analyst perspective, this makes it easier to track customer trends, review pipeline activity, and analyse follow-ups or conversion performance. I have also used it before in a project coordinator role to manage task updates, track client communication, and keep project-related follow-ups more organised. For example, it helped me monitor which clients had been contacted, which actions were still pending, and where delays were happening.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

What I dislike about Agile CRM is that some reporting and dashboard options can feel limited when deeper analysis is needed. As a data analyst, I would like more flexibility to customise reports, combine different customer and activity fields, and export cleaner data for Excel or Power BI. From my previous project coordinator experience, I also found that tracking tasks and follow-ups was useful, but sometimes it required extra manual checking to make sure updates, client communication, and pending actions were fully accurate.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agile CRM helps solve the problem of having customer information, communication history, tasks, and follow-ups spread across different files or emails. It keeps everything more organised in one place, which makes it easier to track customer activity, monitor pipeline progress, and analyse follow-up performance. As a data analyst, this benefits me by giving better visibility of customer trends and helping me prepare more accurate reports. In my previous project coordinator role, it also helped me track client updates, pending actions, and delays more clearly, so the team could follow up on the right tasks at the right time.

  ### 3. Agile CRM’s All-in-One Platform That Streamlines Communication and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** krishna y. | Marketing Platform Automation Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM stands out for its efficient all-in-one approach, bringing sales, marketing, and service automation together in a single platform. Its visual task management and strong gamification features help keep teams engaged and motivated. On top of that, its affordability makes enterprise-level tools—such as landing page builders and telephony—more accessible for growing businesses that want to scale quickly.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The platform’s UI can feel a bit dated and, at times, sluggish, which can create a steeper learning curve for new users. Customer support responsiveness also tends to vary depending on the plan tier. On top of that, the third-party integration library is fairly limited, so you may need external tools like Zapier to connect with more niche software stacks.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agile CRM helps solve data fragmentation by bringing sales, marketing, and service together in a single platform. That consolidation reduces the need for expensive, disconnected tools. With automation for manual workflows and lead nurturing, it cuts down on administrative “busywork,” so I can spend more time on strategic campaign optimization and ultimately drive higher ROI.

  ### 4. Efficient, User-Friendly CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I really like that Agile CRM is user-friendly and has everything our company needs to store our customer database and contacts, and to conduct sales campaigns. I appreciate that it includes sales, marketing, and service modules, so our sales team knows exactly who to call. Having all those modules available without a third-party plugin is very efficient for us. The setup is extremely simple, and within a few minutes, we had it going. We also use the Agile CRM chrome extension for easy click-to-call functionality.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

There are a few things that need improvement. I have had a few times when Agile CRM has had problems and when contacting customer support I've been told the UI it's being worked on. The mobile app, I've had problems when updating records on the go.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agile CRM for storing our customer database and conducting sales campaigns. It's user-friendly, includes sales, marketing, and service modules, and is very efficient since it doesn't require third-party plugins.

  ### 5. All-in-One CRM with Great Value, but Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM is its all-in-one functionality, where sales, marketing, and customer support tools are available in a single platform. It eliminates the need to switch between multiple applications and helps keep all customer data centralized.

The automation features and visual sales pipeline are easy to use and make it simple to track leads, manage deals, and follow up efficiently. I also appreciate its affordability compared to other CRMs, especially for small to mid-sized teams.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

One of the main drawbacks of Agile CRM is that the user interface can feel outdated and not very intuitive, which creates a slight learning curve for new users.

Additionally, the platform can sometimes feel buggy or clunky, and integrations or advanced features often require higher-tier plans, which increases cost over time

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Major concern is the limited customer support, especially on lower-tier plans. Support is mostly email-based and response times can vary, which can be frustrating when dealing with urgent issues

  ### 6. Affordable All-in-One CRM with Intuitive Pipelines and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mehmet S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Agile CRM is an all-in-one customer relationship management platform designed primarily for small to mid-sized businesses. It combines sales, marketing, and customer support tools into a single system, which makes it appealing for teams that want simplicity without juggling multiple apps.

One of Agile CRM’s biggest strengths is its affordability, especially compared to larger CRM platforms. It offers features like contact management, deal tracking, email marketing, marketing automation, and a built-in helpdesk. The visual sales pipeline and automation workflows are intuitive and help teams stay organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

1. Slow performance & loading issues
Many reviewers mention that the software can feel slow to load, especially with large datasets or more complex pipelines, which can disrupt daily workflow.

2. Dated or clunky user interface
Some users find the interface a bit outdated or unintuitive, which can make navigating and using advanced features harder than expected.

3. Customer support problems
There are reports of slow or unhelpful customer support, with issues not always resolved quickly or thoroughly.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

🛠 Problems Agile CRM Solves

1. Disjointed sales, marketing, and support tools
Many businesses use separate systems for managing sales contacts, marketing campaigns, and customer service — which leads to data silos and miscommunication. Agile CRM combines all of these tools in one platform, allowing teams to work from a unified database instead of switching between apps.

  ### 7. Easy Gmail & Telephony Integrations That Simplify Automated Reminders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soumya K. | System Analyst, Broadcast Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

It connects with gmail, social media platforms and telephony systems easily. So maintaining a deadline and automating emails as a reminder becomes easy. Also its cheaper than other CRMs in the market. The UI is simple design and not that modern.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Difficult in getting billing complaints resolved. Also, sometimes loading is slow due to its heavy performance features.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of manually tracking the workflow. It combines with marketing tool easily and does the repetitive tasks well and on time. It also supports workflow with proper tickets.

  ### 8. Good for Email Marketing, But Needs UI/UX Improvements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kamal b. | Company Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I use Agile CRM for marketing automation and find it good for the email marketing strategy. I like the simple dashboard which is easy to use. I also use the social media monitoring feature.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

The dashboard is too thin and could use some enhancement. The support is a bit slow to respond. The interface looks like cheap coding, and improvements to the UA and UX would be beneficial.

I find Agile CRM good for my email marketing strategy and marketing automation.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

The biggest advantage is their consolidation. Agile CRM bring contact management, deal tracking, and email marketing under one roof, which makes this platform more effective. This provides multiple tools under the crm ecosystem; their pricing structure is also reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

Their interface is clean and functional, but not as polished as competitive CRM, we not as engaging as theirs. Customisation depth and reporting capabilities are very limited.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agile CRM solves the problem of fragmented customer data across sales, marketing and support teams. It centralises the lead tracking, email campaigns, deal management and customer support tickets very effectively.

  ### 12. Decaying, Out-Of-Date Product Seems to Be Abandoned

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce D. | Dog Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

I really wanted to like Agile CRM. It seemed like a great value-oriented product offering a large feature set for a price that suits a solopreneur. Alas, the adage about "too good to be true" stands firm.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

I started my trial of AgileCRM and began having troubles right away.

Biggest RED FLAG: the product, from all outward appearances, doesn't seem to be in active development any more.

No new features or updates since 2021. No new blog posts since 2019. Android mobile app is defunct. Chrome extension has been deactivated.

I decided to contact the Agile team, but before I did I went to their Feedback popup, and then chose Enhancers, and got the message "This UserVoice instance is no longer available." Another red flag.

I contacted them by email and got this reply:

"I sincerely apologize for any uncertainty caused by the perceived lack of visible updates and the issues you encountered with our Feedback popup and UserVoice instance. Please rest assured that Agile CRM remains committed to ongoing development and customer support. While there may have been periods of less frequent public updates, our team continues to work on maintaining and enhancing the platform to meet the evolving needs of our users. We are also actively working to improve our communication channels and ensure a seamless experience for all customers. [...] Your feedback regarding the importance of transparency and visible progress is well taken, and I will share your concerns with our product and management teams. We want you to feel confident in your decision to invest your time and resources with us."

They concluded by inviting me to write them with any specific questions or concerns, so I did and got this point-by-point reply:

1. Timetable for New Mobile App (Beta Testing / Release):
We understand the importance of a reliable mobile experience. While there is internal discussion about revamping the mobile app, we currently do not have a publicly confirmed timeline for beta testing or release. We’ll be sure to notify all users once a beta is announced.

2. Chrome Extension:
You’re absolutely right — the Chrome extension has been deprecated and removed from the Chrome Web Store due to compliance issues with Google's extension policies. At this time, there are no active plans to reboot the Chrome extension, but alternatives are being considered for future releases.

3. Gmail Inbox Add-on / Integration:
Currently, we do not offer a standalone Gmail inbox integration for viewing Agile CRM data directly within Gmail. You can, however, use email sync via IMAP to track conversations within Agile CRM.

4. Google Contact Sync Issues:
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Google Contact Sync can be sensitive to permission and token expiration issues. Since you've reported this to Support, we’ll follow up with that team to ensure your ticket is prioritized. Your effort to manually import each group and map them manually is noted — and appreciated.

In other words, they have no plans to address any of these core issues. I have no idea what they're working on, if anything, aside from keeping their core users hanging on while they flounder.

I'm out, and I don't recommend Agile for anyone else unless they turn their company around.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agile isn't solving any of my problems, which is why I've decided to leave. Unfortunately, they make this process difficult as well.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Agile CRM?**

Initially easy to use.
I liked the free sign up and use it as a single user free accoount.
I gave an assitant admin rights and gave myself a spare login. Once i paid for the starter account I found myself paying for 3 users...and they do not allow a cancelling of a user as you register. I needed tech support to do that The whole experience feels like the Hotel California....you can check out but you can never leave.... The fact that they billed my card after closing the account proved that to be true.

**What do you dislike about Agile CRM?**

1) Any integration of phone or email only for the PRO upgrade -- not even the paid starter account. 2) Most integrations are in BETA - that is French for they dont work. 3) The Landing pages are now moved offsite -- feels like the software is evolving under your feet....and you are a beta tester -- so please do NOT plan on trusting your prior built efforts will last as the platform evolves under you 4) After you cancel ....close your bank account or cancel your credit card they will hit it long after you no longer have an account. Makes it impossibe to stop the fraud.

**What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are not --i AM TRYING TO CANCEL THE SERVICE
