The interface is very clear. It continues to improve, and I often use CashCollect, which has allowed for quicker cash recovery. **What do you dislike about Agicap?** On CashCollect, I would like there to be a connection with my accounting software because I have to manually reconcile all the paid invoices. On this module, there are small ergonomic touches to improve, but it's getting better and better. :-) **What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?** One can easily see all the expenses and income each month, and comparisons are quick and easy to make. Agicap is also very intuitive and customizable to the needs of our company. The onboarding is also very good. The support team is very reactive which is appreciated. **What do you dislike about Agicap?** The price structure : it is not always easy to understand what is included in the licence fee. For exemple we use the treasury module but the debt overview and management which is part of that module wasn't included in the licence fee. We had to pay extra to get this feature. **What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enable us to automate a lot of the account payable and cash flow management process and replaced somes excel files that needed to be updated manually which was time consuming (and potentially with errors). ### 4. We were able to easily integrate it with our accounting software and our banks. The customer support is adequate. The treasury module offers many possibilities and is very adaptable. It's not easy to configure something usable when you've never done a cash flow plan before. Cash collect module: it lacks features to use it with multiple users who are only validators (several partners each with their own specific portfolio). We were usually able to test new features for a few days free of charge upon request to our account manager in order to determine whether it is worthwhile to add the feature. **What do you dislike about Agicap?** When planning on a weekly basis, the sales are split when there is a change of month in the week, depending on the number of days in the respective months. VAT is not that hard in Italy, it's one of the things that is quite linear. But this software is not supporting me in that, so every month I'm afraid that my cashflow won't be right, which is the point of this software. **What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am getting an idea of how good the cash flow is at any moment.
