Furthermore, the Intragroup Financing module is too rigid and lacks flexibility for manual management. **What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agicap allows the centralization of the visibility of bank flows from our different entities on a single interface. This avoids having to log into each bank to monitor liquidity on a daily basis, which saves time for regular cash flow monitoring. ### 2. The reminders for outstanding receipts are also quite useful. Overall, the app is thoughtfully designed and user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Agicap?** Logging in to the web interfaces, such as on my laptop, is a frustrating experience. It often feels like I have to authenticate three separate times just to access my account, which is extremely inconvenient. Additionally, these web interfaces are far less intuitive than the app—they feel clunky and are harder to navigate. Another issue is that I can't find any record of the payments I've made with my credit card, which is disappointing. **What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agicap helps by making budget requests for expenses straightforward and efficient, whether it's for software and tools or for smaller, immediate costs such as travel. The process makes it easy to handle both types of expenses quickly. ### 3. I rely on it for its comprehensive cash flow management, which offers a good overview and allows uploading specifications. **What do you dislike about Agicap?** I found the setup process of Agicap to be very disappointing and complex, particularly because of our company structure. We barely received any support, making it very challenging to get it implemented. It took us one and a half years to use it effectively within our company. Additionally, I am dissatisfied with the lack of personalization and the poor quality of the APIs. We require more custom solutions, but Agicap cannot personalize these for us or give us extended API access despite our feedback. **What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agicap manages our cash flow and invoices with ease, supports accounts payable, and enables autonomous budget management for employees. ### 4. When exporting accounts, I find it unfortunate that the total amounts including tax are all in a row instead of distinguishing between debit and credit. **What problems is Agicap solving and how is that benefiting you?** No idea, I haven't encountered any problems with Agicap yet. **Official Response from Alex Malench:** > Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding your comments on transaction exports: - Multiple filters can be combined during export if you need more advanced database management. - When exporting transactions from the bank tab, you can use the Cash in / - Cash out filter to clearly distinguish between debits and credits.
