Most CEA software was designed for greenhouses; Digital Cultivation was designed around the scheduling problem of a vertical farm: rack positions, germination and nursery capacity, and stacked tiers on a fixed turn. Production planning is capacity-aware. Plan a single cycle or a recurring one, or reverse-plan from a delivery date, and the schedule fits plantings to the space you actually have. Grow tasks are generated from the plan, and the Task Hub adds recurring farm work such as sanitation and maintenance, with photo evidence on completion. The platform keeps the operational record behind every batch: crop recipes, a seed library and seed-stock lots, inventory with lots, reorders and barcode scanning, orders and standing orders, harvest weights and packout. Lot-level traceability runs from seed to shipment, with public QR trace pages, one-click FSMA 204 export, and mock recall. Every harvest posts its cost of goods to a built-in double-entry general ledger, so each batch reports an actual cost per pound, benchmarked against live USDA terminal-market prices. A QuickBooks-ready CSV export is available for teams that keep their books elsewhere. Environmental monitoring, water-quality scoring, and escalating alerts sit alongside a digital twin of the facility. CultivAid, the platform's AI agent, answers questions from the farm's own data and proposes actions; a person approves each one, and the audit trail records who did. Access is set per facility by role (admin, manager, grower, viewer, or custom permissions). Digital Cultivation is modular: farms start with the production core and switch on finance, traceability, and other modules as the operation grows. It can be deployed on an existing indoor farm and ships with every AGEYE HYVE turnkey system.
