**What do you like best about AgExceed?**

AgExceed is easy to use and helps in tracking and reporting the company's commodity. Generates automatic invoices and in-detailed inventory statements to the customers. Identifies duplicates and ensures data accuracy. Payments and shipment tracking were simplified.

**What do you dislike about AgExceed?**

The mobile application is not efficient to use as it lacks the features available on the desktop version. The customer support is not great. Very few customisation options.

**What problems is AgExceed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating the price of the commodity and enabling the user to have real-time tracking helps in better commodity management. Improving the customer support and bringing in new customization features enhances user experience.
