AgentRH is an AI assistant for the HR teams of French SMEs and mid-sized companies, delivered as a Microsoft Teams application connected to Outlook, SharePoint and the company HRIS (Lucca, Silae, PayFit, Cegid, Sage, ADP, Workday). It prepares the repetitive part of HR work and leaves every decision to the team: nothing is sent and no action is taken on an employee without human validation. Day to day, AgentRH drafts answers to employee questions on leave, health insurance, payroll and working time from the company’s own documents, triages the HR mailbox with a personalised reply ready to review, prepares contracts, amendments, certificates and letters on the company templates, and alerts the team when a rule or a clause changes. Its distinctive feature is French labour law: every answer cites the Labour Code article, the collective agreement identified by its IDCC number, the official BOSS doctrine, Court of Cassation case law or the applicable company agreement, and applies the most favourable provision. Employee names are masked before any processing. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Western Europe, models are called through Azure OpenAI, no customer data is used to train models, and a data processing agreement and an impact assessment are provided to the DPO. Pricing starts at 249 euros per month excluding VAT depending on company headcount, with unlimited HR users.
