Agentivity Services is AI consulting that helps large organisations decide where AI belongs, redesign the work around teams of people and AI, and put AI systems into production. AI strategy: AI opportunity assessment, business case, target operating model, governance and a roadmap leadership can commit to. AI transformation: process redesign function by function, roles and decision rights, data readiness, change management and AI training. AI execution: AI teams and workflows built for your processes, integrated with your systems and deployed on your own infrastructure or private cloud, until your teams run them. Work comes as a fixed-price project, a multi-month programme or a workshop of half a day to two days. Systems stop for a person's approval where the stakes require it.
