"Centralised Ticket Tracking and Customer History"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Salesforce has significantly improved how our support team handles customer questions and service requests. The platform makes it easy to track tickets, manage customer interactions, and keep a complete communication history all in one place, which helps us stay organized and respond more consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The biggest drawback is the learning curve. As a new user, the interface can feel complex, and some workflows take multiple steps just to complete simple tasks. The customization options are powerful, but they can be hard to use effectively without proper training or reliable technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Sales Hub That Boosts Team Performance and Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

We use it to support the following sales tasks: lead management across multiple reps, account management, contact management, opportunity and deal management, and tracking all of our sales metrics, KPIs, and overall results.

Overall it helps with improving our performance as a team, across pre-sales to customer success teams and helping with support and client onboarding. It also has great UX and its easy to use and set-up. It also integrates with other tools in our tech stack to manage other areas as one. Plus AI features these days are especially to keep improving productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

It can take a while to get your team set up and using it efficiently, even with all the integrations and AI features. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s pretty easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Customizable CRM with Powerful Reporting and Dashboards"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

One of the best things about Salesforce is the flexibility and customization it provides. The reporting and dashboard tools are especially useful, and having all customer information centralized in a single platform makes it much easier to manage workflows and stay productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Because Salesforce includes so many features and tools, it can feel a little overwhelming for new users at first. Getting familiar with the interface and figuring out what all the available options do can take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Organized, but Cumbersome and Pricey for Smaller Teams"
3/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Agentforce Sales has been incredibly helpful in keeping our records, customer data, and sales activity organized in one central place. One of its biggest strengths is how well it supports large organizations, along with the wide range of integrations available, which makes it easy to connect with the other tools we rely on.

That said, for a smaller organization like ours, it can sometimes feel a bit tedious because there are so many features and layers to navigate. Even so, it truly has everything we need, and it has been a very valuable system for keeping our data structured, accessible, and easy to manage across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

One downside is that the platform can feel fairly cumbersome to use, especially for a smaller organization. With so many features, fields, and workflows, even simple tasks can sometimes take longer than they should. It’s clearly designed with large enterprises in mind, which can make day-to-day use feel more complex than necessary for leaner teams.

Cost is also a major consideration for a smaller organization, particularly when you start adding users, integrations, or advanced features. While the tool is very powerful, the pricing can be hard to justify at times given how much of the overall platform a smaller team realistically ends up using.

There’s also a learning curve for new users. Some processes feel less intuitive than they could be, which can slow adoption and create a need for additional internal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales Streamlines Repetitive Tasks and Keeps Everything in One Place"
4/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is that it genuinely takes a lot of the boring, repetitive work off my plate. Tasks like updating data and keeping track of follow-ups don’t feel like such a headache anymore.

I also appreciate having everything in one place, because it makes a real difference day to day. I don’t have to jump between different tools just to see what’s happening with a lead or a deal. The insights are helpful as well, and they give me a clearer idea of what to do next. Overall, it makes the sales process feel much more manageable and a lot less messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I don’t like as much is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to understand how everything works, and the setup isn’t always straightforward.

It can also get expensive as you add more features or users, which might not suit smaller teams. Another downside is that the interface can feel cluttered at times, so finding what you need isn’t always quick or easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Agentforce Sales has a lot if built in function and features that you can use based on your needs. Flexible and effective, you can leverage as much or as little as you need for your business. Regular updates and innovations from Salesforce also make it easy to adopt new ways or features to implement and itirate quickly. I love the fact that you not only have access to support and documentation but to a large community of users, who like you, that have done what you are trying to create or are trying to solve the same things you are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

"A Control Tower for Your Revenue Engine—Optimizable, Scalable Sales"
4/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Agentforce Sales feels like a control tower for your entire revenue engine, everything important, nothing hidden.

I like that it forces you to think in systems, not just hustle harder.

When it’s set up right, it turns sales from guesswork into something you can actually optimize and scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

It can feel like overkill fast, too many fields, clicks, and setup just to do simple things.

I don’t like how it forces rigidity early, before you even know your real sales process.

And unless it’s cleaned up constantly, it turns into a bloated mess people avoid using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation-Driven Sales Efficiency with Superb Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I enjoy how Agentforce Sales allows for efficient tracking of customers through automation. I like that it creates opportunity and contact records automatically when a potential customer is identified, saving us from manual calculations. I appreciate the integration of multiple communication channels like calls, chats, and emails, which helps sales teams collaborate effectively without setting up things separately. I find the feature to use sales email templates with placeholders instead of hard coding customer information very time-saving. The ability to route work based on sales agent knowledge while maintaining efficiency is great. I also like that the work can be routed to different sales agents based on availability and urgency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I think it would be great if we can somehow introduce a functionality to manually create voice call records for testing without needing to set up a contact center. Currently, I was working on a ticket where this feature was required, and I needed to connect with Salesforce help to get it figured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
