Frankly, 85-90% of the platform. If you have a massive email marketing department with tons of resource with a high-level of skill, this is the product for you. In a nutshell, you need to be integrated into the IT department - because at the end of the day, it does integrate well with Salesforce but you also have to constantly do work to keep things from breaking. But communications and alert mechanisms are poor, support usually cannot answer your questions (though, we do not have Premier Support at this stage), and the basics that come with a free platform like Mailchimp - time zone send, for example - are completely lacking on this $$ ESP. It's not something you can train anyone quickly to do without past ESP or database experience, because there are 8 different ways to do one task. Deliverability is very questionable in our industry space. However, there have been recent updates I haven't dived into that may be improvements to some of the challenges we have had. I have not had a chance to work with the latest updates and try out the Content Builder, so I am basing my review on the classic version of the system. It is slow, not user friendly, has tons of bugs and quirks, the integration with SF is awkward on the SF side, building templates stinks, using the templates stinks, and the content editor inside of new emails is horrible and full of bugs.
