"Flexible, Scalable Salesforce Platform for Highly Customizable Enterprise CRM"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

What I like most about Salesforce Platform is its flexibility and scalability. It allows you to customize almost every part of the sales process, from data models to workflows and automations, which makes it very powerful for complex business needs.

I also value the ecosystem and integrations—it connects well with a wide range of tools, and the AppExchange adds a lot of additional functionality. On top of that, the reporting capabilities are quite robust, giving good visibility into pipeline performance and team activity.

Overall, it’s a very solid platform if you need a highly customizable and enterprise-level CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

One of the main things I dislike about Salesforce Platform is its complexity. While it’s very powerful, it often requires significant time and technical knowledge to configure and maintain properly, especially for more advanced use cases.

It can also become quite expensive as you scale, since many essential features and integrations are only available in higher-tier plans. Additionally, the user experience isn’t always the most intuitive, which can slow down adoption for non-technical teams.

Overall, it’s a great platform, but it can feel heavy and resource-intensive compared to more user-friendly alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"InDepth Review with pros and cons of the Salesforce Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

Salesforce has an important advantage of offering many possibilities for flexibility. Because of its broad base and advanced features based on Apex and Lightning Web Components, the system can be configured as per any kinds of business requirements. Applications like Flow Builder and Process Builder help non-engineers in handling the complexity of linking documents and procedures. This allows organizations to quickly adjust the system as per the changing business environment’s demand without seeking IT department assistance to carry out every single task.

Because an employer’s facilities are in the clouds, this becomes a bonus since most people are working from home and that is essential. The system is flexible in such a way that it has been made for small enterprises or well-endowed large corporations. The integration part with the AppExchange is worth commending as it is a hub for innumerable apps and integrations useful in adding-on Salesforce capabilities even with the limitations of integration of other platforms e.g. Slack and Google Workspace.

Salesforce community consideration is another point to highlight. There is a healthy surrounding within the Salesforce sphere in terms of having a community of developers, volumes of admin, and consulting help and they share what works and what does not, this contributes to a great deal towards problem-solving and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

Despite its strength, the platform has many drawbacks. The learning curve is one of the main problems. Navigating the system and determining what you truly need versus what is merely available might be overwhelming due to the abundance of functions.

As a company expands, Salesforce's pricing may potentially become an issue. Despite the platform's range of options, adding additional users, premium features, or AppExchange apps can quickly drive up costs. This can be a big factor for small to medium-sized companies, particularly if extensive customisation or external integrations are needed.

Another area for improvement is the performance and limitations of its declarative tools. Flow Builder and Process Builder are great for building automations without code, but they don’t always provide the flexibility needed for complex or highly customized solutions. As a result, businesses may have to rely on developers and custom Apex code to meet specific requirements, which can slow down implementation and increase long-term maintenance.

Finally, even though the user interface has improved with Lightning Experience, it can still feel unintuitive in certain areas. Some users find navigation between different objects and modules a bit clunky, when working with large amounts of data or building reports.

Conclusion (without confusion): Salesforce is an excellent platform for businesses that scales and customize their CRM experience, with a strong set of features, flexibility, and cloud-based accessibility. That said, it takes time to learn, and the total cost can add up over time—especially as businesses grow. Still, for those who invest in understanding its capabilities, Salesforce can meaningfully enhance productivity and business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible CRM Platform for Managing Data and Workflow Automations."
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

I really like the flexibility and customization options of the Salesforce Platform. It allows teams to build workflows, automate tasks, and tailor the system to our specific business requirements, which is a big plus. Having all customer data stored in one place is also very convenient. Being able to shape objects, workflows, and automations around our business needs—rather than forcing our processes to fit the tool—makes day-to-day work much easier. On top of that, centralizing information helps us monitor customer interactions, streamline operations, and ultimately improve overall productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

The site can be confusing to use at times, especially when I’m trying to configure more advanced features or options. It often seems to require some administrative or coding expertise, and the learning curve may feel steep for novice users. I think it would be easier to navigate if some features were streamlined or removed, and if the onboarding process were made simpler and more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
