AgentFire was really simple and quick for someone like me who wanted to work on improving my branding presence. Corey Friedman helped answer all my questions before starting the design process, and Mila Stosic was my designer. She incorporated all of my branding colors to make the template look impressive and custom, and I loved being able to make my site feel local with the neighborhood pages. Anything I wanted swapped or edited Mila helped me quickly make the changes. Once everything was completed, it's also really simple to make any text or photo edits yourself. Our website designer, Jack, was fabulous. He brought many clever design options for us to review and was always very responsive to our feedback. Our website had a few challenges, such as integrating property management services and creating a great user experience for a city we serve that is actually spread across two different states. Jack took on these challenges with a great attitude, understanding and quick response time. Moreover, Jack would clearly explain any limitations or issues that we might not have considered. Our click maps were slow to be delivered which delayed the launch of our website. There was also a lot of confusion around the MLS approval process for the IDX integration, and it took several weeks and rounds of emails to have the confirmation emails resent. Once the emails were resent, everything worked perfectly, but I would have appreciated the AgentFire team digging into the issue more than just saying several times that we just needed to check our 'spam' folder or wait for two weeks when we had verified that we never received the confirmation emails. We recently completed the Logo and full brand guide service using Milica Markovic as our developer. We were very satisfied with the service and final produce and Milica was excellent!!! I am a fan of the additional learning and building of the website provided. The Course videos are great! Cory was such a great account manager.
