The Agent FIre support is severely lacking in their responses. I can't even say response times because we have had multiple instances where we have received no response at all. The support side of Agent Fire is the most frustrating aspect of this experience. I may have made another choice if I had known there was such a lack of respect for follow-up in this department. To that point AgentFire is on the cutting edge of organic website technologies and provides "relationships" with your clients and provides professional services that empowers cleints on their real estate journey.
