I was committed to using Agent Fire for two reasons. First, I loved the site and saw its potential. Even at a more entry level point, the design was superior to other offerings. Perhaps not second, let's call it 1B, Max, the salesperson who worked with me initially, was helpful, patient, and positive. I'm not their biggest client (yet) but that didn't matter. Once I started working with Agent Fire we did hit a bump in the road BUT that's when Jack stepped in and ended up exceeding my expectations in every way. When I was in a different industry I judged companies by their ability to work through things. When I found people I could work with, I tend to be very loyal to them because I feel like everyone can be great when absolutely nothing goes wrong. It takes mature professionals to find solutions and work well with clients. At one point a team member, Ruby, stepped in and within a couple of minutes we had everything worked out. This is a big deal in my opinion. I give them five stars all around for this. With respect to the design, Jack was incredibly creative and seemed to just "get" what I was going for with my website. Every company has a personality (or should) and he captured it perfectly with his design. He was patient and gave me a lot of options without pressuring me. The end result is a website that I am proud to present. He was great with balancing asthetics with user experience. Isn't that what a great design is all about? Blending form and function? Agent Fire offers training to help users DIY if they want to (for me maybe little updates that aren't worth bothering anyone about - though they have plans if you don't want to do this and I may just go ahead and go that route) and that was great too. I am confident that my relationship with Agent Fire will be long term and I believe I have found a website company that I can rely on, and a designer with the creativity and thoughtfullnes to help us grow. There were able to help me integrate my own templates into the system, integrate with my chosen CRM, and I couldn't be happier.
