Agent Central connects the AI you already use to your Amazon Seller Central account. Amazon sellers and agencies can use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or another compatible AI client to work with their Seller Central and Amazon Ads data through one hosted MCP connection. It covers advertising, inventory, orders, catalog, finance, and fulfillment across 23 Amazon marketplaces. Advertising coverage includes Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and Stores. The full catalog contains 182 tools; the tools available to an agent depend on the connected account and the permissions assigned to its API key. Instead of downloading reports and copying spreadsheets into a chat, sellers can ask questions about their own account data. For example, they can compare campaign spend between periods, check inventory coverage, examine sales and returns, or review fees and settlement records. Agent Central returns account facts and calculated metrics. The connected AI interprets that information; Agent Central is not a recommendation engine. Sellers authorize access through Amazon’s own authorization pages. Agents do not need your Amazon login credentials. There is no Agent Central server to install or maintain. Historical data is retained while the account is active, so agents can compare periods where that history is available. Access keys can be read-only or limited to specific areas. Supported changes to bids, budgets, and listings use previews and guardrails, with an audit trail of submitted actions. Agencies can keep client access separate rather than sharing one unrestricted credential across accounts. Agent Central is built and operated by Subsecond Data, LLC.
