What do you like best about Agendrix?

It is user-friendly.

The interface is simple enough to navigate without having lots of knowledge of Internet Plateforms.

They have tools added to the scheduling plateform, to add scheduling requests like the availabilities and whatnot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agendrix?

There seems to be alot on which they want to expand, but there are aspects I would love to use but I won't because they don't seem to be completed.

Example; the chat portion doesn't let us to copy paste an image, we must download the screenshot, then upload it in the chat. It isn't practical. Also, we can't "Reply" to a message, which can be quite confusing in a group chat setting.

Then there's the time off requests which we can't modify. They could have the option to modify, which would pop back up in the pending requests for the supervisors. For now, we must CANCEL a request and RESUBMIT from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Agendrix?

The way we can put a note for every day of the week, it make our life easier and help us share informations through the organization . Also i find it easy to add employee . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agendrix?

I havent seen anydownside yet to using Agendrix , i think the plateform is user friendly . I didnt received any negative comment from my team neither . They find it easy to navigate and understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Agendrix?

Agendrix helps us save so much time when it comes to payroll. It is so easy to post a schedule and approve the hours. The new HR module is fantastic too for new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agendrix?

It is a bit hard to see the schedule per department. We still have to use an Excel sheet to make sure all the hours are covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for your schedule by department, you could either use ''locations'' for each departments to have individual schedules or use the ''groupe by position'' filter located to the left of your scheduler. What do you like best about Agendrix?

Simple to set up and use. We have implemented Agendrix in our organization employing 200 persons on over 30 sites in Montreal. The tools provided by Agendrix let us communicate individually with our employees and let them communicate together without sharing personal info and allow us to communicate necessary directives and notes to all employees at once from the publication tool. What do you dislike about Agendrix?

Agendrix schedule is displayed "by the employee." This means it's sometimes harder to see at a glance if any shifts are missing in your planning. All in all, the benefits outweigh the drawback vastly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
