Register or archive an employee is simple. Everything is easy to access. It is the most complete site I have seen to date. **What do you dislike about Agendrix?** Not much, currently things are going relatively well, but sometimes there are small bugs in the punches where you would enter, for example, 1 hour and it would record 1 minute, or to open a register, for example, Monday and it would open Tuesday. **What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick schedule planning saves paper, allows us to see all departments or by group, our total hours, and any schedule conflicts if there are any. They listen to our needs and improve their software to meet them as much as possible. **What do you dislike about Agendrix?** For us, the HR management aspect is missing, but they have started to develop it. We hope that it will eventually meet all our needs in the near future, thus avoiding the use of two different software programs. **What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used it for managing schedules and timesheets. Since the addition of the HR module, it has allowed us to eliminate the hiring form for personal data to process payrolls since employees can enter all the information we requested, thus saving paper and time. Management also enjoys the flexibility of not having to find replacements. **What do you dislike about Agendrix?** The downside of Agendrix is the flexibility the staff has to find replacements. It would be great to be able to add restrictions based on the strengths of the staff members. (Example; a level 3 can replace a level 1,2,3 but not a level 4 or 5) **What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Besides being used as a time and attendance tracker, clocking in, and staff seeing their schedule on an app it doesn't really solve problems.
