The client taps a button and an official WhatsApp form (Meta's WhatsApp Flows) opens inside the same conversation, with the business's logo. They pick the service, the professional, the day and the time, and the appointment is written to that professional's Google Calendar. Only times that are actually free are shown, so the form cannot book an hour the business does not have. The form comes already built and connected to Google Calendar. The business does not design or code anything: what it sets up in its panel is exactly what the client sees in the form. That includes services with price, duration and the days they are offered, discount offers that expire on their own, a photo and description for each professional, hours, breaks, buffer time, minimum notice, holidays, multiple locations, and the name of what is booked (professional, court, room, or any custom name). Optional features include a waitlist that notifies clients in order by WhatsApp when a slot opens, without double bookings, and weekly recurring bookings (same day and time every week). Clients can reschedule or cancel from the chat. Reminders go out at the times the business chooses, up to 5 per appointment, and clients confirm attendance with one tap. An optional AI assistant can answer questions, qualify leads and take the client to the booking form. The AI handles the conversation and the form closes the booking. The same booking rules also apply to AI agents connected through the API or the MCP server. AgendaWPP uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API (AgendaWPP is a Meta Tech Provider). It includes a web inbox, a contact CRM, a web panel and an installable mobile app, up to 10 users with permissions, and statistics with CSV export. It is available in Spanish and Portuguese for any business that books appointments: barbershops, clinics, dentists, beauty and spa, therapists, vets, consultants, sports courts and rooms.
