They are easy to understand and because they are in excel format it is easy to customize. They look extremely professional especially compared to other reports from other quoting systems that I have used. There are a couple of fixes that I would like: when there are multiple plans for a client the ability to show different spreadsheets for each option. Doctor Links for each carrier on the quoting spreadsheet Policy number put on the header for the policy instead of having to open the policy for that information. The first system that has everything in one place: quoting , enrollment, client information and files, trouble shooting , commissions. This is perfect for our business! The quoting system is such a breeze! All the plans are loaded in so clearly, I love how you can filter what you're looking for while quoting! Simply put, you can create the most professional and all encompassing consultative analysis available of the marketplace in minutes. Literally minutes. AgencySmart program is built to have your entire block of business available at all times, to efficiently run your business without missing a beat. You have all information on hand and can add additional information as your account grows. I love the fact that all information relating to the specific account you are working on, is all within the group file (enrollments, renewals, commissions, claims, SBCs', rates etc). AgencySmart IT support is also always available for any questions I have regarding the system. I recommend this system 100%, there are updates to keep up with the ever changing times.
