What do you like best about AgencyBloc AMS+?

I like the reporting capabilities, the ability to assign tasks, automatic workflows and stay on top of my day to day paperwork and needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyBloc AMS+?

Cannot reorganize tasks, create checklist items for secondary task workflow/follow up and the inability to customize the dashboard information shown for the users needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AgencyBloc AMS+:

Agencybloc is user friendly and able to assist in the set up of your needs right off the bat. It integrates with Outlook and other enrollment management tools so do your research. In addition it is constantly evolving to make it even more user friendly and allows for automated workflows to allow you to not have to worry about reoccurring work and upcoming items/marketing needs. What problems is AgencyBloc AMS+ solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is my belief our agency has clean up commission in a much more manageable way (I personally do not deal with the commission aspect, but am familiar with how far the reporting and clean up has come since switching to Agency Bloc). It has allowed me to be more targeted, follow up with others on my team and pinpoint issues right away with better tracking and ability to support one another. What do you like best about AgencyBloc AMS+?

I love how easy it is to categorize my clients and track their benefit plans and enter in contact and interactions with them. The layout is appealing and it is very easy to maneuver within the system. I love to be able to schedule follow-up appointments or activities and the process is completely smooth. What do you dislike about AgencyBloc AMS+?

The only downside I've experienced thus far is the lack of integration with other systems. This would be a huge enhancement and save much time if the information in the website could translate to other programs I utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencyBloc AMS+?

AB is great for keeping up with client records as well as keeping up with action items to be completed for clients. The due date function and, easy-to-navigate dashboard are two of the best features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyBloc AMS+?

There's no easy way to create to-do's to be completed within the program, and so our company had to come up with our own specific system for logging outstanding tasks. This is not a dealbreaker, but having a built in to-do system could be a great addition to the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely do your research into the product, and if you decide to pull the trigger on it, develop specific processes based on the needs of your office in order to keep everything organized. AgencyBloc lets us stay on top of client concerns and keep up with what needs to be done to meet their needs. Its note-taking system is incredibly important, as it allows anyone in our office to complete tasks by picking up where the previous person left off. The great thing about this product is that it will allow you to set specific reminders and add in special notes for everyone you have in the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
