AgencyBloc is an out-of-the-box solution for life and health insurance agents. The templates AgencyBloc provides are intuitive, allowing for easy navigation and efficiency when on the phone with clients; this allows agents to update files immediately, saving time and allowing for follow-up by other agents if necessary. AgencyBloc templates are also customizable, allowing users to add fields for specific product types, sales priorities or needs. AgencyBloc provides on-demand training tools which allow agents to learn and adapt their use of the system on their own time. When I've needed more in-depth training or technical support, the AgencyBloc staff are responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. If they don't have the answer at that moment, they will follow up with you providing specific guidance and training tools to answer your question. I currently use AgencyBloc for individual health insurance sales and will begin use it for individual life insurance sales and adding agents as we expand to an Agency. While AgencyBloc is an out-of-the-box solution, any agent that uses AgencyBloc will need to dedicate time to complete the 3-part onboarding training. I spent a total of about 40 hours completing the onboarding training, setting up commission tracking and customizing the AgencyBloc CRM. Users of AgencyBloc should dedicate time to understanding its full functionality before starting to customize AgencyBloc. AgencyBloc regularly updates the CRM based on user feedback. I recommend building in time every quarter to dedicate to long-term learning of the CRM and determine how to incorporate changes to flex with individual needs. AgencyBloc has everything we were looking for in a CRM. Our agency is multiplying and needs something to keep up with our needs. From the tracking of commissions to saving notes on prospective and current clients, AgencyBloc's CRM has it all. When you are onboarding Agency Bloc walks you through the process until you are entirely comfortable and provides ongoing help once you are seasoned. The only difficulty I have had is in using the sales tracking process. I find the multiple-step process of setting up an opportunity and then adding a related activity complex.
