I came from an all lines background and had The Agency Manager since 1983, The in 2002, I entered just the Life & Health Insurance arena, and did not need everything the Cadillac program offered or the cost. I looked at several Agency Management Systems and selected Agencybloc. 1) The Price, 2) It was tailored to my occupation without P&C, 3) It was easy to use and kept all my info as needed in regards to my clients and their policies. A super nice feature is the ability of the program to send out Birthday wish's to all clients automatically! I get so many reply e-mails thanking me for remembering them. It also will let you set up pre- e-mails . like reminding clients turning 65 what they need to be doing 3 months prior to turning 65 and each month a different e-mail. I would like in these days to have a way to Share a Client's Screen with the client. Some vendors offer this service, that allows a client to log In to a portal for them and then the agent can share the file or policies with the insured. That would be a nice feature with Covid - 19. I have requested the Sharing of Screens as a suggestion, Agency Bloc said they would consider it in future revisions, Benefits, I can access my Data anywhere, and do business anywhere, it would be nice to have a scanner or other data, but it's very helpful to me! I like being able to run reports based on birth date, active client or prospect, and turning 65. The reports are great for mailings and calling to remind clients of upcoming events. We are able to upload any documents to an individuals account therefore making our clients folders complete and accessible anywhere. Attaching documents to different policies is a huge plus for our business. It worked well, but everything had to manually entered and you had to remember to put that in the system. Tracking commissions was relatively easy as long as they came in excel. Easy to set up and get going. Integrates with Ease which is great for brokers that have a large book of small group benefits. Ability to customize access, so agents are only able to see their own book/assigned clients. Microsoft Outlook integration and custom email address for task creation are definite pluses. I end up with duplicate tasks automatically assigned because a group multiple policies renewing and the workflow triggers the same set of reminders for each policy. Column sizes on the page listing activities are not adjustable - activity titles are often cutoff because the column isn't big enough to display all of the text, so you have to click on the activity to view more. Unable to custom sort list of tasks - you can sort various ways but you can't freely rearrange them. Agencybloc doesn't integrate with enough apps and other applications. With the Ease integration of Agency Bloc, I wish there were a few more connections. For instance, when I file a document like a summary of benefits, I also have to upload it to Ease. Agency Bloc is incredibly user-friendly as an agency management tool not only from a technology perspective, but the support team as well. The representatives at Agency Bloc are at my fingertips to get immediate, consistent and knowledgeable assistance. I am able to count on seeing the same familiar names pop up in chat, emails, and at user meetup. This is incredibly reassuring for a company servicing thousands of health insurance clients. If I don't know how to pull information from my data, the members of the team are trusted colleagues that will construct solutions, training and anything else that we need to succeed! The platform itself is quick and easy for every line in my team - from producer, CSR, admins, and commissions personnel, it is a system that is quickly picked up and direct with it's data points. There are just a few areas of the technology that I wish were improved. While the system is well built and offers customization to our needs, there are a few places where we have suggested we need tweaks to allow fields for specific common data points that have not yet been built. Secondly, the ability to more easily obtain data flow directly from Carriers into Agency Bloc, eliminating the need for manual data entry or repeated uploading is something we are counting on being in development soon. The insurance carriers are all over the map when it comes to conformity of data, but Agency Bloc is just the type of cutting edge, creative and driven company to break into this industry-wide problem and become a data hero! Something we would prefer is if the workflows involving use of Agency Bloc controlled emails is the ability to have more bells and whistles available in the email itself. Allowing graphics, templates, formatting and other tools (think Constant Contact) would allow for more professional and state of the art communication with our clients. Just in the past year we have added the commission features to our processes and are finding this to be come easier and easier as time passes. It was a hurdle for our company for a while, but it's coming along and we hope to be able to fully utilize the benefits of those features soon. Being able to tell when we have not been paid correctly by a carrier is a powerful tool that can give us an edge with keeping our financials accurate and put us in an even better position to acquire more business. Now that the first spreadsheets are well done being uploaded, I find myself using the Activities and Notes tabs most often. The Reports capability is very good and can quickly compile information I need in a snap. Having all the space and flexibility in creating a contact/adding details is nice as well. What do you dislike about AgencyBloc AMS+? This CRM does everything we need it to do. We have 6 people in our office using a different primary function but we can all build on the same task(s).
