I use AgencyAnalytics to create reporting dashboards for our portfolio of over 200 clients for products like Google Ads, Programmatic Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, and GA4. One thing I love is how much time it saves us compared to creating manual reports every month. It has cut our reporting time to half or even less. I also appreciate the ability to easily create dashboard and report templates that can be duplicated and customized for new clients. What I like most is the dashboard and report customization feature, and the report scheduling that sends reports to clients on a set schedule. These customizations help cater to individual client goals, and scheduling ensures clients receive performance summaries ahead of our review calls. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. I would like if AgencyAnalytics had a safer HIPAA compliant connection to CTM. I would like a more user-friendly interface as sometimes I don't understand what I'm putting in the report and the data definition of it. Right now, we are using a third-party Excel and data platform to export our CTM data and add it into a report that way because of HIPAA, wish it could just be direct. And for the data definitions, I was making a table for rank tracker in a report and I saw you could add a competition column but I had no idea what that column was and how it was calculated and I couldn't find an answer on the site either. In some ways, the organization of sections and features is not intuitive. It can be difficult at first to understand the difference between Reports and Dashboards and their features/advantages.

Separately, I do not like that report links have to be regenerated every time a change is made, rather than staying live and up-to-date. We don't want to require clients to have a login (no one remembers their password or wants to deal with the "hassle"), so we choose to use Reports instead of Dashboards for the instant link access. But then we're having to send new links every time a widget is ever changed, creating a new issue that clients have to chase down where they left the most recent link. I manage dozens of clients with various reporting needs, and AgencyAnalytics makes it easy to wrangle and organize data from many disparate sources with ease and speed. I used to export or manually copy/paste data from dozens of sources, but now I can save tons of time by setting up the integrations and surfacing the available data endpoints. For the most part, charts, tables, and graphs appear as I like them, and I have the ability to customize their size, format, and arrangement flexibly across reports and dashboards. I've had situations where clients want to carry on using AgencyAnalytics for their internal reporting after offboarding, but the platform doesn't offer a big variety of solo options. They have one solo option with very limited data sources, which isn't enough for companies with a lot of data sources and platforms to connect. It ends up with clients sitting on my account until better options are available. More solo options and affordable pricing for freelancers and startups would be great. Another thing is the struggle with connecting domains due to technical challenges.
