Reports are easy to design and dashboards are very easy to navigate. Yesterday, I accidentally deleted a client, and the support person (Leah), restored it within seconds. I use AgencyAnalytics to build, manage, and send reports for my clients. It's user-friendly, which is great because I manage these accounts but don't do the technical sides. Our performance team sets up everything, but it's easy for me to go in and find or edit anything. I can send everything on the platform to my clients at a set time with a set message, which I find as the main value point for me. I appreciate the good integrations and data, as well as good access to real people who can help. If I ever have struggles, I can open the chat and do another task while someone joins me, and it usually takes 5-10 minutes for someone to help. The pre-sales communications were fabulous. They were very attentive and very responsive to unique queries, and they gave me the time I needed to consider my options. Setting up all clients was a breeze, and then moving to the template or unique report creations flowed almost seamlessly. There are loads of integrations to choose from which has made my client reporting so (so) much better. I love that it integrates with our many Google Business Profiles too, which many others did not. Love seeing how much they're constantly improving the platform with the regular updates to applications, services, integrations and more. I've had a couple of "bug queries" and the response has been so fast (usually within about two minutes). This is exceptional service for the "after sales" period. The staff are so helpful, incredibly polite and provide solutions in plain English. They take the time to ensure you get any issues resolved in the shortest possible time. I used to have issues with adding dates for historical Google reviews but that seems to have gone. I like that they have so many different widgets, which allow me to have a comprehensive overview of almost any platform. The ease of using those widgets is great—if I want to add to the report what is the cost per lead or what was the CPM, all the metrics that I'm usually chasing after from different platforms are already available in there. I can simply drag and drop, and have it there. AgencyAnalytics helps me see the bigger picture—not just on a campaign basis, but overall—allowing comparison between different periods and understanding what happened throughout the month. The widgets and the information taken from different APIs could be described a little better, like where the information is exactly coming from. I can't see the exact same numbers in the native platform analytics, making it hard to explain to customers why the numbers sometimes differ from their own platforms. AgencyAnalytics automates monthly analytics reporting, saving me time and eliminating manual effort. I am just getting started and support is a big deal to me. So far their support team has been the best I have ever experienced and I appreciate that REAL people help me, not an AiBot. I even woke up this morning to a follow up video that one of their team members filmed just for me going into more detail about something I was trying to get to work. It was SO helpful. If I had to pick on one thing I would just say that allowing filtering of custom HubSpot data but that is something I know will come in time and they are worth the wait. All data now a days lives across so many places AND it does not at all help that Facebook Ads Manager is the most unuser-friendly reporting so to give my clients a place to go that is straightforward is a game changer for their understanding of what we are doing.
