Agency Ops is all-in-one software for nanny and babysitting agencies. It brings scheduling, caregiver matching, onboarding, billing, inquiry tracking, and client and caregiver messaging into one system, with automation that runs in the background. Agencies can match caregivers to family requests, track onboarding documents and background checks, bill families on the agency's own rates, and export payroll. Built-in AI helps with back office tasks like drafting messages, suggesting matches, and flagging billing exceptions, with approval stop points so a person makes the decision wherever you need one. Every agency starts with a 7-day sandbox to build rules, templates and checklists and test them with sample data before going live. White label is available, so families and caregivers see the agency's own logo, colors and name.
