**What do you like best about agency kit?**

Honestly, the thing that stands out the most is how everything is in one place. Proposals, contracts, invoices, time tracking all connected. I used to jump between like 3 or 4 different tools to manage my clients, and AgencyKit just replaced all of them. The workflow feels really smooth, especially going from proposal to contract to invoice without any friction.

**What do you dislike about agency kit?**

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. Maybe at the very beginning there was a small learning curve figuring out where everything is, but once you spend like 10 minutes exploring it, everything clicks. It's not really a dislike just the normal adjustment period with any new tool.

**What problems is agency kit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solved for me is the chaos of running an agency across multiple tools. Before, I was using one tool for proposals, another for contracts, a separate one for invoices, and a spreadsheet to track time. It was a mess and things kept slipping through the cracks.
