I liked the approach that Agency has taken to secure the small organizations with their amazing offerings from securing the endpoints to organization's infrastructure and I would definitely say, subscription fees is very reasonable as per variety of offerings, definitely worth it. I would say, there is nothing as such I dislike about Agency, but a point that can be considered to offer here is that as agency takes care of the endpoint management and possible threats for you, but would appreciate if they can educate or aware their clients about current policies implemented for their endpoints. Agency has been very responsive to our needs; we were under huge time pressure to get a PCI audit done, and Tyler, Vicky and the rest of the team really pulled through for us. We were in constant communication, received timely updates, and any issues popping up were dealt with quickly.

While our group has been through PCI audits before, this was our first rodeo with Vanta. Agency had that experience, so we weren't slowed down by moving to a new platform.

The process to signup was a little painful to figure out some quirk around AWS payments, but once that was done it was smooth sailing.
