AgenciesForge is an all-in-one platform for care agencies: behavioral health, pediatrics, DD/IDD waiver, home health, non-medical home care, and adult residential. It takes an agency from state certification through daily operations on a single patient record. Clinicians chart in SOAP, BIRP, DAP, or GIRP, with an AI scribe that drafts the note from a spoken summary. Pediatric teams track well-child visits on the EPSDT schedule, run developmental and autism screenings, chart growth against CDC and WHO percentiles, follow the childhood immunization schedule, and manage private-duty nursing hours, guardian consent, and IEP/IFSP coordination. Home health teams complete OASIS-E2, Plans of Care, and Notices of Admission. DD/IDD providers handle incident reporting, person-centered plans, and caregiver credentialing. Caregivers capture visits in the mobile app, and each visit is checked against the claim billed for it. Billing includes a built-in clearinghouse for eligibility, claims, and remittance, with a 15-point check before every claim goes out. An AI assistant handles routine work but asks a person to approve anything that changes a record. Every plan includes unlimited clinicians with no per-seat fees. Agencies set up for free and pay when they go live.
