Until now, employee competency management takes place in several online tools and, of course, in Excel. This resulted in often incomplete, out-of-date, and frequently erroneous information. In addition, only one person could update data at the same time.

The AG5 tool completely solved these problems, each manager, leader or trainer can adjust the view of the competency matrix to their needs, and the data update takes place at every point of the program. It is much easier to manage competencies and training in the company, the system sends reminders and alerts about expiry and required qualifications.
