AG5 is easy to use and requires little instruction. We like that you can pin a role for a staff member so they can see exactly what skills they are missing to advance at the company. We also like the Expert Finder feature so you can search for a specialist at your company in a certain topic or certification.

AG5 excelled in transforming our unstructured, outdated Excel skills matrices into a well-organized, structured format. The setup process is very smooth, with AG5’s team integrating our data in less than a week. I don't know how they do but they are able to upload poorly designed Excels to their platform in one week.

Their customer support is fabulous: they allocated a "success manager" (I don't remember the job name exactly) to make sure we make the best use of the app.

The app is synced to our HR masterdata, so we don't have to manually maintain/create/update new employees, or employees leaving. It's easy to navigate.

Although AG5 offers an API to connect to their database, to set up reports, such as those from Power BI, can be challenging. It requires IT skills and resources that we are currently working to develop. AG5 really helped us get a clearer overall picture of the skill progress and gaps througout our teams. Keeping track of minimum training requirements per job role or teams is easily managable. By using the attachments tool per skill result we also ensure that evidence is uploaded for closed loop / compliance purposes.
