That it is integrated with Shopify so it is an easy way to streamline manage all of our store's returns. To send American return labels, we need to create a commercial invoice outside of the platform because the one integrated is not correct. We have to send out a separate email to our US customers to send labels. Whenever there are issues on return centre, the customer support is awful to deal with and they do not have quick or great answers because it seems like it's outsourced.
