AfterSession is an AI-powered documentation tool designed for therapists and mental health professionals. It helps clinicians turn a brief post-session summary into a structured clinical note (SOAP, DAP, or BIRP) in seconds. Unlike many AI documentation tools, AfterSession does not rely on recording or transcribing sessions. Instead, clinicians stay in control by providing their own summary, which is then organized into a clear, editable note. AfterSession is built to fit into existing workflows without changing how therapy sessions are conducted. It reduces documentation time while maintaining control, flexibility, and clinical accuracy.
