AfterSchoolCore is after-school program management software that consolidates enrollment, attendance, billing, and operations into one platform. The system features a dashboard that provides insights across multiple sites, displaying enrollment numbers, attendance records, billing status, and lead information. The enrollment module supports multi-child online registration with electronic signatures and staff approvals. Attendance tools include check-in functionality, PIN-based check-out, and real-time pickup alerts. Billing automates tuition processing with interchange-plus rates. Management tools enable staff permissions, reporting capabilities, and multi-site administration. The platform supports summer camp and event registration, with charges automatically posted to family accounts. Lead management integrates website inquiries, triggers staff alerts, and automates follow-ups. Tour scheduling allows families to book visits online without staff coordination.
