What do you like best about Afterpay?

Setting up my website with Afterpay was extremely easy. Afterpay have made sure that their entire integration process is very simple. Their merchant support is very quick at responding which is fantastic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Afterpay?

There's nothing about Afterpay that I don't like at this stage. It did take a little while for my store to appear in their list of stores but that's the only tiny issue I've had so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They don't care about the customer, you call many times, and they don't help you keep telling they can't do anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Afterpay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have an order from the shop Pottery Barn Kids Australia, but the shop never received my order. I never got the order number and the tracking number. I have been Colling the shop, but they told me they never get the order or the money. After pay should solve my problem, I keep the call to them, and they never help me keeping the charge for payment once I don't have the number order, and this have been for four weeks, and no one solves the problem. customer service. I tried to call so I could get into my account to pay a bill and the guy in customer service was not only difficult to understand but he was rude and ended up talking in circles until I finally had to hang up. Jeff was a jerk. He was repeating himself and no matter how many times I told him I had this already he kept on repeating himself. Nothing was resolved but I will sure as hell dispute this if it ends up on my credit report. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and never got a reply from you. I strongly do not recommend. Recommendations to others considering Afterpay:

I think it would help if someone could understand your customer service reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Afterpay solving and how is that benefiting you?

None of anything. I learned that being able to understand the person on the phone is unimportant to this company, but I bet I will be held accountable for the money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Afterpay?

I use it for birthday/Christmas gifts because they break the payments up and do not charge interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Afterpay?

The only thing I can think of are my payments are every 2 weeks. But my payments are never large and it gets pd off quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Afterpay:

If you are on the fence, go for it. Make a smaller purchase. I am one of the most skeptical people, once I tried this I'm so happy I took the leap. I've been using it for over a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Afterpay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do not plan a head and save money for those birthday gifts for a niece or nephew. So I can easily do $10 every 2 weeks with Afterpay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Afterpay?

I love how easy it is! They pay the full bill for you so that you just pay through their app the 4 payments till you're paid off. It's quick, simple, and I really like that in your dashboard you can see the different orders you have, how much you're approved for / have left, it's really laid out well compared to other platforms like it. Definitely my favorite out of all of the services!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Afterpay?

Returns are a little hinky. I went to do a return for an order and I received credit via the retailer but then still have to pay the afterpay bill. I understand it's because of the fact the the retailr was paid in full and Afterpay hadn't received the full funds yet, but it would be nice if the two would communicate both ways. I.e. Afterpay talks to the retailer to pay the bill, so it would be nice if the retailer also talked to Afterpay to let them know of the refund and apply it to the Afterpay balance.
