Afterglow Desk is an AI front desk built only for med spas. Most new patients message first with a question about price, downtime or availability, and they book with whoever answers first. Afterglow Desk texts every new lead back in under 60 seconds, day or night, answers questions with the prices the clinic approves, never gives medical advice, and books the consult. Missed calls get an instant text back, leads who go quiet get a polite follow-up, and anything urgent goes straight to the team. Clinics see every conversation, booking and opt-out in one dashboard, and approve every message before it goes live.
