I really like how it integrates seamlessly with Azure, and it allows me to use the "Bring your own Encryption token." Users also have access to back up their data. I also like how it backs up SharePoint and Teams sites 3 times/per day. I needed to restore from backups in order to get some data that was deleted, and it worked. The ability to assign a specific person to only see a specific person's backup. Right now it's all, or their own, or nothing at all.

We are Church from Scratch - a small UK charity that needed a backup and recovery solution for our Google workspace accounts and shared drives.

The system has a very elegant, very clean, simple-to-use user interface which makes it extremely easy to get up and running and configure your users' backup strategy. I particularly like the use of "SLAs" to determine how often a backup is run for each user. Restoration is extremely easy, and there is the ability to define specific roles for each user, even allowing them to restore their own data if need be (depending on your company or organisation's policies, of course).

The help/documentation system is one of the cleanest and useful I've ever come across. With access to screenshots and no-nonsense instructions, you'll be able to resolve 99% of all problems without any issue - but if you do need help, response times are good.

Pricing is also very reasonable. For commercial entities, a minimum of 5 users is required at $3/each (which is still extremely good) - though if you're a non-profit/individual, contacting afi.ai directly will most likely yield a good discount.
