If they could expand into offering backup for other services as well, such as Dropbox, personal cloud services (like OneDrive/Hotmail/etc. and Google Drive/Gmail/etc.), that would be great. And there's always more to be included in backups on the corporate/enterprise side of Microsoft and Google - but they've done a good job of encompassing most of it.
