The only solution to back up ourdata within reasonable time(12k users and many sites). Very easy to set up, requires minimal maintenance, very fast recovery speed. I really like how it integrates seamlessly with Azure, and it allows me to use the "Bring your own Encryption token." Users also have access to back up their data. I also like how it backs up SharePoint and Teams sites 3 times/per day. I needed to restore from backups in order to get some data that was deleted, and it worked. It's very reliable and fast. Easy to use, even junior IT staff with no training have no problem using the system to help end-users with data recovery. The documentation is not the strong side; it's very basic and covers only the system's main parts. What problems is Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it for email and SharePoint/teams data backup, once a day complete system snapshot. All data is encrypted with our encryption keys that are under the control of our Security team. Great user interface A backup system that's fast to load and backup The ability to manage multiple domains Able to backup mail, calendar, drive, contacts (other solutions can't backup calendar) Easy download and restore within the same domain When mail is restored, it's stored with the same labels and hierarchy (others are a hit and miss on this part) Very fair pricing model and easy to upgrade space and plan Quick support They don't charge for SAML!!!! I wish it could restore to different domains but that's probably not afi's fault but more of google API's. The ability to assign a specific person to only see a specific person's backup. Right now it's all, or their own, or nothing at all. Sometimes there are weird issues with the site but might just be a website or frontend issue that they can resolve. Recommendations to others considering Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace: Always evaluated your needs because there's a lot of smaller players in this space. However from my experience, if you just need Google, this is by far the easiest solution I have set up. I've used Backupify before and the experience wasn't as great. All org should have a way to backup email based on their retention period. For us, we needed to find a cost-effective solution to do this. Google Archive can get very pricing if your retention period is a long time. Other options like backing up to Drive or External drive can be tedious, and hard to recover. "Simple and effective backup for Google Workplace that doesn't cost the Earth" 5/5 What do you like best about Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace? The system has a very elegant, very clean, simple-to-use user interface which makes it extremely easy to get up and running and configure your users' backup strategy. I particularly like the use of "SLAs" to determine how often a backup is run for each user. Restoration is extremely easy, and there is the ability to define specific roles for each user, even allowing them to restore their own data if need be (depending on your company or organisation's policies, of course). The help/documentation system is one of the cleanest and useful I've ever come across. With access to screenshots and no-nonsense instructions, you'll be able to resolve 99% of all problems without any issue - but if you do need help, response times are good. Pricing is also very reasonable. For commercial entities, a minimum of 5 users is required at $3/each (which is still extremely good) - though if you're a non-profit/individual, contacting afi.ai directly will most likely yield a good discount.
