Product is suitably rapid in daily use, though the restore/recovery process can take time to browse archives, especially in larger backups. After using Afi.ai for over a year, I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my business. Their backup and recovery solution is incredibly reliable and has worked flawlessly from day one. Whether it’s Office 365 or Google Workspace, Afi.ai consistently delivers on its promise of simplicity and security. The setup process was refreshingly straightforward, and the user interface is clean and intuitive. WIt’s obvious that Afi.ai takes the “set it and forget it” mantra seriously, which is exactly what I needed. Their customer support is another highlight. If they could expand into offering backup for other services as well, such as Dropbox, personal cloud services (like OneDrive/Hotmail/etc. and Google Drive/Gmail/etc.), that would be great. And there's always more to be included in backups on the corporate/enterprise side of Microsoft and Google - but they've done a good job of encompassing most of it.
