"Great brand, great digital product, great people"
5/5
What do you like best about Affirm?

We worked with Affirm for several years when I ran marketing and ecommerce at Leesa Sleep. They had great integrations with Shopify, a lot of opportunities to A/B test their new products and loved the ability to customize tranches based on SKU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Affirm?

Never really had any complaints in working with them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Affirm?

At the end of the day Affirm did not work for our business. It was not able to be used by enough of our users to make it worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to buy things now and pay later Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great financial loan solution for any online business."
5/5
What do you like best about Affirm?

I really like the ease of use and the knowledge of their onboarding team. All of our questions were answered promptly and professionally. They can tailor your needs to their products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Affirm?

At the moment, If a customer wants to add to the order after the application process, they have to pay for it in full or apply for the loan again at the higher amount. Not really a big deal, but if the customer doesn't select everything right online it is hard to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, but Secure"
4/5
What do you like best about Affirm?

Affirm is wonderful because it allows customers to check eligibility for payments and plans...it also does not impact credit score! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Affirm?

Affirm is honestly pretty easy to use, but it also should consider splitting the compensation of late payments with the selling company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Too much trouble for customers"
1/5
What do you like best about Affirm?

Offers options for customers with limited purchase power Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Affirm?

Too many customers have issues using Affirm and completing checkout. Failed attempts cause multiple affirm records, but do not result in an order causing frustration. We can't help because the interaction is with affirm not us, but customers don't understand that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy installment payments, simple integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Affirm?

Affirm provides a checkout experience that offers installment plans for customers. They also do the payments processing. Their UI is incredibly simple, modern, and intuitive, and the installation process for adding them as a payments processor/option is quite simple if you already host a shopping site on a popular platform like Shopify. The checkout process for customers is also extremely simple, requiring very little information, and overall being a very quick additional step in the payments process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Affirm?

The process of getting approved for as a business partner experience can be quite cumbersome at some points, but otherwise, the portal for businesses to control the payment experience is quite good. There also seems to be somewhat limited support for integrating Affirm as a payment processor beyond Shopify and a few other shopping platforms, but it looks like they are expanding this functionality quite quickly. I also dislike that users need to be re-directed to their website to complete the payment process. It would nice to have this functionality integrated into each selling website without the need for redirects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
