Recommendations to others considering Affirm:

Affirm is a great place to get payment-based purchases with little to no credit. HOWEVER, if you get on their payment plans, make sure you are timely with your payments. They are quick to send to collections and they will blacklist you instantly and forever if you miss a single payment. Their business practices are less than admirable and short on kosher. What problems is Affirm solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems to be solved, due to a misrepresentation on their behalf, I misunderstood. Even with the bill paid in full, they denied future credit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Affirm?

The best thing about Affirm is that you can purchase items online without having to pay right away.

With a credit card, you'd have to pay interest. With other companies, you have to pay fees on top of the item's price, but with Affirm, you purchase now and pay in fixed monthly payments over time. I recommend that everyone use Affirm for business or personal use. I use it all of the time. It is helping me get out of that nasty credit card debt that can ruin your credit and keep you in financial strain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Affirm?

There is nothing really to dislike about Affirm. What is there not to like? You can set up your payments, and they send reminders that the money is due so you are prepared, so you do not have to worry. If anything you may forget that you have set up Affirm to finance an item, but you really shouldn't forget with all of their reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Affirm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Affirm is helping save people from credit card debt and financial strain. There are many benefits to using Affirm. You can get your item before you have completely finished purchasing it, which is a lot better than layaway. You don't have to worry about accruing fees and interest. With a credit card, if you don't pay your purchase off in a month you have to pay interest on the items you bought. With Affirm, you pay the price that the item costs and that is it! What do you like best about Affirm?

The thing I like the most about Affirm is how easy it is to use and navigate, especially compared to other programs (like AfterPay). I also like that I can purchase large ticket items (like a couch) and pay for them over a period of time. The program is clear and organized, and I can easily find the information I need.
