The ability to link search across the full range of documents on a project and most importantly pick up where changes have been made to the documents over the course of time. Very helpfully retains the history. It is surprising how much time can be saved in comparison to paper or indeed searchable PDF documents.

The Affinitext Task Finder Process enables projects to efficiently identify and add Tasks to the Affinitext library to create a:

• Comprehensive record of contractual compliance and evidence

• Look-ahead diary system

• Just-in-time email reminder programme

Ability to add comments and notes to the documents in the system and add personal links between documents. These can either be private or available to other users.

Having a central database of "smart" documents for each of our projects is super helpful. No more chasing down definitions and flicking between parts of the documents, with Affinitext, a few clicks and you can see and track your way through the maze of terms and conditions with ease. You can also share your database across businesses and enable separate users with separate permissions/redactions, as well as set tasks to remind you to action things in your documents.
